RELAXED GROUP OF CRAFTERS MEETING TOGETHER TO SHARE SKILLS

COURSE OVERVIEW

Crafternoons aims to provide a supportive environment for development & sharing of art & craft ideas and skills.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Come and join a supportive, friendly group of crafters.  This group allows Members to participate and/or just bring along a current project on which to work. There will be lots of opportunity to learn a new craft skill or swap ideas.

People from within the group and/or the community will be invited to share their skills or show their finished articles. When workshops are available, a material cost may be incurred for those who wish to take part.

Examples of possible crafts are:-

  • Macrame or String Art
  • Embroidery
  • Knitting/Crochet
  • Hand and/or machine quilting
  • Felting
  • Dyeing

The group is open to suggestions of new/old arts or crafts

The participants will be required to come along to the first session with a craft project on which they are currently working.

$2 weekly charge to cover venue costs
