Table Tennis ticks every box:  It’s great for overall fitness and arthritic joints; improves hand eye coordination, reflexes and balance; and keeps our brains fine-tuned. But, above all, our emphasis is on fun and fellowship.  Table Tennis is a sport that can be played and enjoyed across all age groups, even with one’s grandchildren.  Everyone is welcome to join our friendly, fun group which has a wide range of skills, from beginners to accomplished players.  Join us for the full time slot or just a part thereof; how long you come for is entirely up to you.  For those who need guidance or want to improve their game, coaching is usually available and is free of charge.
