This 3-week course will cover basic techniques of bread making. I will supply several recipes and the yeast.
The first week will cover ingredients and method plus a demonstration, recipe and bake.
Second week you will need to bring ingredients for your chosen recipe, a large bowl, a whisk and a strong wooden spoon or stirrer and a pan to cook your bread in plus glad wrap to protect the bread. You will take it home to cook.
Third week will cover results of your recipe and if you choose, making another recipe.
$2 charge to cover venue costs, plus a charge for ingredients.
NOTE: The course will run twice, starting 6th September and 27th September.
